“Challenging Negative Thinking to Improve Mood” is the first workshop in the Coping & Resilience Workshop Series offered by Personal Counselling Services (PCS).  Each workshop in this series will focus a different topic/skill.

Negative thoughts can have a powerful effect on how you feel and what you do.  In this workshop, we will focus on ways you can recognize and change negative thinking to improve your emotional well-being.

Calumet College is hosting this workshop.  It is free and open to all York students.  Light snacks will be provided. Registration is required.  To register, complete our Workshop Registration Form.
