“Mindful Ways to Manage Emotions” is the third and final workshop in the Coping & Resilience Workshop Series offered by Personal Counselling Services (PCS). Each workshop in this series will focus on a different topic/skill.
In this workshop you will learn how to become aware of your emotions and manage them using mindfulness.
