York University has its very own job searching system. Not only does it provide on-campus opportunities also it has a large database of off-campus full-time, part-time, internship, summer and volunteer job postings for York students and new graduates. The Career Centre’s Online System gives students and new grads the chance to log in and search and apply for jobs, register for workshops, and set up job agents.
Not only does the Career Centre have online job postings, it also provides a lot of information and support to ensure better results while job searching. They provide access to online tools like “how-to” articles, careers by field or degree and targeted job search sites. There are also workshops that assist in building your resume, cover letter and interview skills.
